How to Build:

• Choose a bracelet or necklace chain - add to cart

• Choose your charms! - add them to cart

  (The recommended amount of charms for each chain will be under the listing. We highly recommend adhering to the recommendations listed for each chain type to ensure the design looks cohesive and beautiful.

• You may only create ONE charm design (or it confuses our system!) - either bracelet or necklace - per order due to the nature of our system. We will not be able to differentiate between which charms go on which chain. If you want to make multiple orders, please order separately then contact us and we will refund you the additional shipping.

• All items are made to order - Please allow 5-7 business days prior to shipping for your creation to be handmade.

All Charm Designs come in a pink velvet pouch to keep them safe from scratches and moisture.

All charm bar chains are 18k gold plated.

Each individual charm will specify in the description what it is made of.

** By choosing to create your charm necklace virtually, you are handing over creative direction to us. We will make slight edits to the design if needed to benefit the overall appearance **

** Custom charm orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you’d like to make slight changes, add charms, remove charms or use a certain chain of your own please contact us and we can arrange that **
